Shipping, returns, payments and tracking.
Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days, then delivered in 3–8 business days from our US warehouse. See our Shipping Policy.
Standard shipping is free on every order. There are no shipping fees at checkout.
We ship to addresses in the United States only.
We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you have not received it, email deiusik@proton.me with your order number.
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email us before sending anything back. Read the Refund & Returns policy.
Email photos and your order number within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve your return.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay through Shopify’s secure checkout. Prices are in US dollars and taxes are calculated at checkout.
