30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Start a return

Email deiusik@proton.me with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Please contact us before sending an item back.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Email us photos and your order number within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or provide a full refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping

You pay return shipping for standard returns. If your item is damaged, defective or wrong, we cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Contact us if your refund has not arrived after that window.
