Who we are

Information we collect

When you order, Shopify processes your contact details, shipping and billing information, purchased items, payment details and order status.

We collect cart and session data, device and browser information, IP addresses and basic website activity needed to operate and secure the site. If you create an account, we process your account details, preferences, saved products and rewards. Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes, not plain text. When you contact us, we receive your email and message.

How we use information

We use information to process payments, fulfill orders, provide tracking, manage accounts, answer questions, keep the site secure and meet legal obligations. Promotional emails require your separate permission. We use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok pixels, and the Meta Conversions API, to measure and show ads, as described below. Where the law requires it, for example in the EU/EEA and UK, they run only after you give consent.

Shopify checkout

Checkout and payments are handled by Shopify, which acts as our checkout and payment processor. Shopify processes your order, contact, shipping and payment details under its own privacy policy. We do not store full payment card details on this website.

Service providers and sharing

We share information as needed with Shopify, our fulfillment partner and shipping carriers to deliver orders, and providers that host and support this website and account services. We may disclose information when required by law. We do not sell personal information for money.

TikTok Pixel

We use the TikTok Pixel to measure and improve our TikTok ads. When it is active, TikTok can receive your IP address, device and browser details, cookie identifiers, the pages and products you view, products added to your cart and checkout starts, including product IDs, quantities and values in US dollars, plus a random event ID used to avoid double counting. We do not send a Purchase event from this storefront. TikTok may link this activity to its advertising services. Learn more in TikTok’s Privacy Policy.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API

We also use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure and optimize our ads on Facebook and Instagram. When active, Meta can receive the pages you view, the products you view, add to your cart and check out, purchase values in US dollars, your IP address, browser and device information, the Meta cookies _fbp and _fbc, and for purchases, subject to your cookie choices where a consent banner is shown, contact details (such as email, phone, name and address) that are hashed before they are sent. The same consent and opt-out rules described below apply, including Global Privacy Control. Learn more in Meta’s Privacy Policy. You can manage how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook ad preferences.

Visitors in the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland

If you visit from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland (based on your approximate location from your IP address), we ask for your consent first. The TikTok Pixel and Meta Pixel only load after you choose “Accept all”, and you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

US visitors: Your Privacy Choices

For visitors outside those regions, including the United States, the TikTok Pixel and Meta Pixel load by default. Using them may count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out at any time with the “Your Privacy Choices” (Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information) link in the footer. Your opt-out is saved in your browser and stops both pixels.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out and do not load either pixel.

Anyone can also opt out of personalized ads through Meta’s ad preferences and the ad settings in your TikTok account (see TikTok’s Privacy Policy), or by emailing deiusik@proton.me.

Campaign parameters

When you arrive from an ad or link, we save campaign parameters from the address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, TikTok’s ttclid and Meta’s fbclid) in your browser and attach them, along with the Meta cookies _fbp and _fbc, to your Shopify cart so they are recorded with your order. This helps us understand which campaigns lead to orders. In the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland we only save them after you consent.

Cookies and local storage

Necessary cookies and local storage keep your cart, account session, preferences and privacy choices working. You can clear browser data at any time; this may remove your saved cart and preferences.

California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, its sources, the purposes and the categories of recipients; to access it; to delete it; to correct it; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it for purposes that require this). We do not sell personal information for money; the TikTok Pixel and Meta Pixel may count as sharing, which you can stop via “Your Privacy Choices”, GPC or by emailing us. You may use an authorized agent, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We will verify requests before acting on them.

Children under 13

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it.

Data retention

We retain information only as long as needed for orders, accounts, support, security and applicable legal requirements. Accounting records may be retained for up to 10 years where required. Consent preferences remain in your browser until changed or cleared. TikTok’s and Meta’s own retention practices are described in their policies.
